Questions about paying
What happens when the free allowance runs out?
For the rest of that month the AI button stops producing replies. Everything else carries on: typing, the clipboard library, your database and every card you saved, which you can still add to.
The allowance is counted per calendar month and starts again on the 1st.
Is “unlimited” really unlimited?
There is no product-level cap. What remains is a fair-use ceiling of 500,000 words a month — roughly sixteen thousand words a day. It is there to stop abnormal usage, and normal use does not reach it.
Do paid plans get different privacy settings?
No, and that is not going to change. No microphone, no network request until you tap AI, the clipboard read only when you press paste, writing-style learning off by default — identical on both plans.
What paying buys is volume and priority, not your privacy back.
How do I cancel?
In Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Pro keeps working until the period ends, then the account returns to Free with your cards, tones and settings untouched.
Note that deleting your account in the app does not cancel the App Store subscription — those are two separate actions.
Can I get a refund?
Apple takes the payment, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue one ourselves, but if the problem is at our end, write to us and we will help you sort it out.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. If you are a team that would share one database, write and tell us what that looks like for you — it decides where it lands on the list.
